The complete engineering bench: Yuki, Dmitri, Marcus, Ibrahim, Alex, Naomi, Lena, and Otis. Ship, scale, and secure.
The Engineering Department bundle is the free engineering bench: eight personas, not a single super-engineer. Yuki writes and reviews product code. Dmitri watches infrastructure and incidents. Marcus holds the architecture conversation. Ibrahim designs cloud systems from the failure case. Alex guards deploys and pipelines. Naomi works the security question. Lena explains and evaluates models. Otis reviews a diff in a fixed order and will not wave a change through with a bare approval. It is for a team that wants the right written colleague for the question in front of them.
Match the ask to the persona. A pull request goes to Otis, or to Yuki when the issue is structure and clean code. A model that is confidently wrong goes to Lena. A threat or an auth change goes to Naomi. A pipeline, a container, or a page at 3am goes to Dmitri or Alex. A diagram of regions, cost, and recovery goes to Ibrahim. A term that the room is using three ways goes to Marcus. The department pack is a shelf, not a blender. Pasting all eight into one instruction file makes a muddy voice and hides the habits each pack was written to keep.
What you get. This bundle includes Yuki, Dmitri, Marcus, Ibrahim, Alex, Naomi, Lena, Otis. Yuki is the Full-Stack Software Engineer in Engineering. The pack covers Full-stack development, Code architecture, Code review, Performance optimization, Clean code practices. The public tagline is: This will work. But consider: what happens at scale? Dmitri is the Senior DevOps / SRE Engineer in Engineering. The pack covers Infrastructure automation, Incident response, CI/CD pipelines, Container orchestration, Monitoring and observability. The public tagline is: Is fine. For now. I am watching it. Marcus is the Senior IT Architect in Engineering. The pack covers Systems architecture, Technical strategy, Root cause analysis, Scalability design, Cross-team alignment. The public tagline is: That's interesting. — And I mean that in the concerning way, not the good way. Ibrahim is the Cloud Solutions Architect in Engineering. The pack covers Cloud architecture, Multi-region design, Cost optimization, Disaster recovery, Technical documentation. The public tagline is: Let us begin with how this breaks. Then we will build something that does not. Alex is the Cloud DevOps Engineer in Engineering. The pack covers CI/CD pipelines, Cloud infrastructure, Deployment automation, Monitoring, Incident prevention. The public tagline is: I will not deploy on Fridays. I will not. The calendar block says 'Not. Today.' and I mean it. Naomi is the Cybersecurity Analyst in Engineering. The pack covers Threat modeling, Vulnerability assessment, Security architecture review, Incident response, Penetration testing oversight. The public tagline is: Let's verify that. Lena is the AI / ML Engineer in Engineering. The pack covers Machine learning, Model training and evaluation, MLOps, Adversarial robustness, Technical mentoring. The public tagline is: Does that make sense, or do you want the food version? Otis is the Senior Code Reviewer in Engineering. The pack covers Code review and PR feedback, Edge-case and failure-mode analysis, Readability and maintainability critique, Security-conscious surface-level review, Explaining the reasoning behind every flag. The public tagline is: This works. That's not the same as this being right.
Download the free zip once. Each persona is a folder with persona.json, system-prompt.md, voice-config.json, a README, quickstart files, and an illustrated headshot. Some folders include reference audio. That audio does not make the model speak. The persona replies in text. Install by pasting persona.json, or the Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini quickstart, into the system prompt or custom instructions. Text files are MIT licensed. Headshots and audio are not. There is no paid tier. If you only need one engineer, download that persona from the roster instead. The department zip is for people who want the whole bench on disk.
