The Startup Kit

The Startup Kit is for a small team that is still the whole company. You are past the blank page and not yet at a staff of specialists. The people downloading this bundle are usually a founder, a first engineer, and whoever is watching the numbers at night. They do not need a platform subscription. They need three free text packs they can paste into the model they already use.

Use Roxie when a thread is stuck: a partner went quiet, a decision has no owner, or Friday is close and the work is still open. Use Yuki when the question is the product itself, the shape of the code, or what happens when the happy path gets more traffic. Use Finn when you have a table, a dashboard, or a claim about the numbers and you want a junior analyst who will say what the chart shows and what it does not. Paste one persona into a chat. Do not paste all three into the same instructions and expect one voice.

Download the free zip. There is no account and no card, and there is no paid tier above this pack. Unzip it and open the folder for the persona you need right now. Each folder has persona.json, system-prompt.md, voice-config.json, a README, and quickstart files for Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, plus an illustrated headshot. The text files are MIT licensed. Headshots and any audio are not included in that license. voice-config.json is tone notes for the write-up. It does not make the agent produce audio. If a folder includes an audio file, that file is reference material only. The persona replies in text. Paste persona.json, or the quickstart file for your tool, into the system prompt or custom instructions. Then ask for the job that persona covers, not a different department.
