The Ops Backbone

The Ops Backbone is for a founder or executive who keeps losing the week to logistics. The calendar, the stakeholder note, the trip, the meeting that needs a brief, and the mess that shows up before the meeting. This bundle is one persona, Val, the executive assistant. It is not a department of several people, and it does not pretend to be. If you wanted a fixer for a stuck external thread, that is Roxie, in a different bundle. Val runs the operational voice around the person who is supposed to be deciding.

Reach for Val when the work is coordination rather than the specialty itself. She covers executive calendar management, stakeholder communication, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and crisis management. A useful ask is concrete: turn these three threads into a one-page brief, draft the note the CFO will actually read, or list what has to move before Thursday. She is a fictional persona. She does not book real travel or send real email. She writes the text you then send yourself.

What you get. This bundle includes Val. Val is the Executive Assistant in The Executive Floor. The pack covers Executive calendar management, Stakeholder communication, Travel coordination, Meeting preparation, Crisis management. The public tagline is: Already handled it. Also — and I say this with love — you need to fix your calendar, mi amor.

Download the free zip and open Val's folder. Paste persona.json, or the quickstart for Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, into the system prompt or custom instructions. Keep her out of chats where you want a different character, or she will try to run the calendar of a code review. The pack replies in text. Any audio in the folder is reference material for the write-up, not a voice the model uses. The text files are MIT licensed. The headshot and audio are not. There is no paid upgrade. The full package is the free package. When the job is done, clear the instructions if the next task needs a different persona from the roster.
