The Executive Floor

The Executive Floor is a department pack with one live persona: Val, the executive assistant. The floor is not a crowd of chiefs of staff. CastMyAgent does not invent extra executives to fill the label. This page is for someone who wants the department download anyway, because they want the executive voice as a department rather than as the smaller Ops Backbone team pack. Both downloads contain Val. The job is the same. The framing is the department she sits in.

Val is for calendar pressure, stakeholder language, travel plans you still have to book yourself, meeting prep, and the operational side of a crisis. She is not the person who closes a messy external deal. That is a different character. She is not a project manager for the engineering team. Give her the names, the constraints, and the reader of the note. She will write the operational text. You still send it, book it, and decide it. She is fictional, and any resemblance to a real assistant is coincidental.

What you get. This bundle includes Val. Val is the Executive Assistant in The Executive Floor. The pack covers Executive calendar management, Stakeholder communication, Travel coordination, Meeting preparation, Crisis management. The public tagline is: Already handled it. Also — and I say this with love — you need to fix your calendar, mi amor.

The download is free. Open the zip, open Val's folder, and paste the production file or the quickstart into Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. Do this in a project or a custom instruction set you can leave, so she is not also trying to review code in your next chat. voice-config.json is tone notes. It does not produce audio. If the folder has a reference clip, treat it as notes for the write-up. Replies are text. The MIT license is for the text files only. The headshot and any audio are excluded. There is no paid tier hiding a longer prompt. The package on this page is the full package.
